Let Your Voice Be Heard
I am planning a blog post on ways that my readers encounter God in the midst of this pandemic.
I am asking for your comments on how you encounter God.
Your collective voices can be a Godsend to those suffering the effects of the pandemic. Or those just dealing with life in general.
Please read more on how you can help.
Instructions for submitting your encounters with God/Jesus/Holy Spirit
1. Go to the Comments part at the bottom of this post. (You need not subscribe to send your comment. Of course, I hope you do. It’s free)
2. Write a brief description on how you have encountered God. It can be a few sentences, a paragraph, a poem, any way you wish to present it is acceptable. The idea is to convey hope to those who may be struggling to find God in these times.
Ideas you may want to consider:
- Was your experience good or bad?,
- Did you doubt it?
- What did it feel like?
- Did it prompt you to take any action?
- Where did/do you encounter God?
- Were you convinced it was real? Why?
- Did/do you use any special method?
3. I will not publish your comment with your name or email (unless you ask me to). Please sign your comment with your first name or an initial or initials (yours or made up ones). Or sign with anon or anonymous. Some kind of signature gives people more of the feeling they are reading a comment from a real person.
I will not edit your comment unless:
-it is too long (in which case I may use only part(s) of it.
-it contains inappropriate language, in which case it will not be published.
Your wording will remain just as you have written it. Your writing skills are not what counts here; it’s what comes from your heart and your experiences.
If there are a number of similar ways of encountering God, I will state the number to give you an idea of people choosing certain ways.
